1. General Overview
Welcome to NOHADAYA – The Mind & Motion Studio (A Unit of Mind Castle Mercantile, ISO 9001:2015 Certified). By enrolling in our Yoga, Abacus, Calligraphy, or Handwriting programs, attending a free trial session, or using our website, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.
2. Admission & Enrollment
- Admission is confirmed only upon completion of the student registration form and receipt of the applicable monthly or quarterly tuition fee.
- Students must be enrolled in age-appropriate batches as determined by our faculty assessment.
- NOHADAYA reserves the right to adjust batch timings or consolidate batches with prior notice to parents/students.
3. Studio Timings & Punctuality
- Students are requested to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled batch time.
- In the interest of classroom discipline and safety, late arrivals may be admitted at the instructor's discretion without extending batch duration.
- Parents of young children must ensure timely drop-off and pickup from the studio premises.
4. Health & Physical Fitness Declarations (Yoga)
- Participants in Yoga classes are responsible for consulting a physician before commencing practice if they have underlying cardiovascular, spinal, or chronic medical conditions.
- Any physical limitations, injuries, or pregnancy must be declared to the instructor prior to the start of the session.
- Instructors provide mindful posture adjustments; participants are encouraged to listen to their own bodily limits.
5. Fee Payment & Renewal Terms
- Monthly tuition fees are payable on or before the due date specified on the admission card/receipt.
- Payments may be completed via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Cash at reception, or Bank Transfer. Official digital receipts are issued upon payment.
- Tuition fees cover the designated calendar month or 30-day enrollment cycle.
6. Code of Conduct & Safety
- Students and visitors are expected to maintain respectful, courteous behavior towards fellow learners, faculty, and studio staff.
- Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode during yoga sessions and focus workshops.
- NOHADAYA reserves the right to terminate enrollment in cases of repeated disruptive conduct, harassment, or safety violations.
7. Modifications to Terms
NOHADAYA may update these terms periodically to reflect operational improvements or regulatory compliance. Continued participation following updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
8. Jurisdiction & Inquiries
Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
